Lim Kia Wee

Kia Wee is the Managing Director and Principal of TERS Engineering Services Pte Ltd and TERS Consultant respectively.
He brings to TERS considerable experience in the design and operation of the company major services. He has held senior positions in consultancies and contractors, the scope of work ranging from design to project management. He is also a Hulme Award winner for Tunnelling and Underground Society of Singapore for his contribution on the comparison of various commercial softwares for excavation analyses.
Kia Wee holds an honours B.Eng (Civil Eng) and M.Sc. (Env. Eng) degrees in Nanyang Techonological University. His professional qualifications include M.I.E.S (S'pore) and P. Eng (Civil).

Maung Myo Maw

Myo Maw is the Geotechnical Manager of the TERS Engineering Services Pte Ltd.
He brings with him close to 20 years of experience of geotechnical field works. He has held supervisory and managerial positions in various soil investigation companies and prior to TERS, he is the senior instrumentation engineer for the $400million Circle Line Stage 4 MRT Contract, supporting both the construction of the station and bored tunnel. He also help in claims issue for tunnel face logging and rock identification.
Myo Maw holds an honours B.Sc (Geology) degree in University of Yangon, Myanmar.
